1. "扩大词汇量与巩固语法：" 听写的内容往往涉及日常生活、学习场景等常见话题。扎实的词汇基础是理解听写内容的前提，考生需要熟悉常用的词汇、短语及其搭配。同时，牢固的语法知识有助于判断句子结构，预测可能出现的词性和句式。 2. "熟悉语感和常用句型：" 多听各种题材的材料，尤其是与“日记”相关的对话或独白，有助于培养对目标语言的语感。留意常见的日记开场白（如 "Dear Diary..."）、时间状语、情感表达以及日记中可能出现的常用句型。 3. "进行专项听写训练：" 找一些模拟听写材料或历年真题进行练习。从短句开始，逐步过渡到包含多个从句、长难句的段落

一篇听写日记引发的课堂：让记生字变轻松

听写也许真的是个老大难问题：怎么样也记不住，刚记住没几分钟就忘了，今天听得挺好，可是才过了两天，本以为可以在老师的课堂听写上表现突出，却没想到听写的时候脑子却是一片空白。更有甚者就表示压根不想记，反正记也记不住，记了又会忘了。

两次记住生字词语，学生有100多种理由去吐槽自己记不住这件事。

批改完听写作业，我陷入了思考：为何孩子们在听写这件事上总是难以突破？为什么他们就这么不争气呢？不就是一个听写吗？听写有这么难吗又不是阅读又不是作文，哪有这么难不就是懒吗？家长有没有报听写啊？其实我知道很多家长都报了，但是一改听写就生气。

第二天早读课我就把听写本发下去了。在黑板上写的正确的答案让他们订正，并把错题抄10遍。我决定适当惩罚一些懒惰的孩子。如果是认真学习的孩子，哪怕是抄10遍，他错的字应该也不多。如果是从来不学习的人就要抄很多。

可转念一想，班上有些孩子可能要抄几百上千遍，这也不符合情况。我决定把作业改变一下，如果在今天把错掉的听写完，那么就不用抄写。如果没有听完也可以抄写。

但是光罚也不是办法，我想没有哪个孩子是不想听写过关的。冷静下来之后我决定要想想办法让孩子们心平气和的接受记生字这件事情。

第一节上课，我神神秘地跟他们说我利用他们大做操的时间，写了一篇关于听写的日记。他们瞪着大眼睛仔细听，唉，没想到我说的这个听写的理由何文馨倒是很认同，她也说她有时候也是一听写脑子就发懵。听到我说：“面对生字词语的记忆，学生们总能找出100多种理由吐槽自己记不住。”她很幽默地回了一句：“老师，作业掉到厕所里了，老师，作业被老鼠拖走了……”

班上同学哈哈大笑。

接下来，我合上笔记本，笑嘻嘻地问道：“你们想不想知道怎么样才能记住这些词语呢？”他们异口同声地说：“想！”

有研究表明抄写3~10遍组有能够有效的记住一个字，具体呢要受四个因素影响。

第一个：个人的记忆能力强的人可能3~5遍就能够记下来，记忆弱的同学则需要更多的去重复。

第二个原因：这个跟字的复杂程度有关。简单字如人、木，看到三遍就能记下来，复杂字如羸、鬣可能需10遍以上。

第三个原因：记忆方法。单纯抄写效率较低，应该边抄边读字音字义。如“豌”，学习‘豌’字时，边抄写边读‘wān，豌豆的豌’，同时讲解‘豆’字旁说明和豆类相关，‘宛’是声旁提示读音，这样能让孩子更清晰地掌握记忆逻辑”。再比如“具”是三横，我们要有意识地去记忆这些容易错的字。

第四个原因：大脑会选择性遗忘。它会认为把不重要的东西遗忘。什么是重要的，关于生存的都是重要的。这些都是刻进人类DNA的。所以我们要跟大脑遗忘对抗的办法就是重复。遗忘从学习后五分钟开始，遗忘的特点是先快后慢，所以就要及时复习。刚学的时候复习得勤快一点，以后知识就像胶水粘在脑子里，怎么也忘不了了。

教学本就是一场与问题共舞的旅程，面对听写这类难题，愤怒与惩罚无法真正解决问题，唯有走进孩子的内心，用科学的方法引导，才能帮他们跨越学习障碍，让知识记忆变得轻松而高效。

1.每日听写：

听写材料群论坛自取，进群论坛方式请看群公告。群内成员每天上传自己的全文听写情况及听写正确率截图（必做一），做完听写之后请及时复习，并且提交自己的每日复盘总结（必做二）。每日复盘总结模式分为以下几个方面，请任选一种模式进行整理，并将复盘成果发送到群内：

（1）初级模式：对生词、短语、语音及背景知识进行总结，整理成文字材料发送至群内；

（2）中级模式：提取材料中生词、短语搭配或者句式连接进行造句训练，并发送至群内。

（3）高级模式：对材料进行复述或者summary，提炼要点，并将你的复述或者summary通过语音发送至群内。

2.周六晚7点复盘：

周复盘将采取轮流主持的机制，群内所有成员将被分成5组，各组轮流承担每周复盘工作。每组在复盘时推举一名轮值主持，全程带领群内所有成员进行复盘。
