“职称评审突出职业能力和工作业绩，非常务实。”郑飞说，评审对职称英语、计算机应用能力成绩不做要求，也不将论文作为限制性条件。他曾经完成的具体项目、参与制定的行业标准等创新型成果，均可作为参评的加分项。

作为从事人工智能专业技术工作8年的高技能人才，郑飞的学历与工作年限均符合走“绿色通道”的要求，可以跳过初级职称阶段，直接申请人工智能专业中级职称证书。

“我过去以为，职称与职业技能等级是各评各的。”郑飞说，“没想到，现在的评价体系会统筹考虑。路子宽了，更好走了！”

今年9月，郑飞的职业生涯再次迎来突破：他以企业职工身份，代表广东省参加第三届全国职业技能大赛工业互联网工程技术赛项。赛场上，他和搭档出色完成药品装填、加盖拧盖、药瓶检测、包装、入库的自动化生产线数字化改造，一举摘得铜牌。
