新华社呼和浩特9月10日电(记者刘懿德)午餐时间的学校食堂中,一个冷清的餐余桶、一堆新鲜的大萝卜引起了记者的注意。这两者看似毫无关联,但却同属“光盘行动”的生动细节。
9日,记者来到内蒙古自治区通辽市科尔沁左翼中旗花胡硕苏木中心校。中午11时50分,食堂开饭,各式饭菜飘香四溢,餐桌上的学生们吃得津津有味。几乎每个学生结束就餐时,都把饭菜吃得精光,手持光盘走向餐盘码放区。
六年级一班的智媛,正和几名同学一起就餐。“老师经常强调爱惜粮食,这里的很多粮食,也都是我们自己种出来的。”她说,现在大家都以“光盘”为荣,“每次尽量少打饭,不够就再打一份。”
记者发现,餐盘码放区一旁的餐余桶十分冷清,几乎无人“问津”。只有偶尔听到“咚咚咚”的餐盘与桶碰撞的响声时,才知道有人在倒剩菜剩饭了。
“我们学校有547名学生,现在都报到了。”该校后勤主任杨呼格吉勒图说,“每天中午剩菜剩饭不到20斤。”
学生以爱惜粮食为荣,既得益于老师的言传身教,也与该校的劳动实践课程有关。
在食堂的蔬菜存放区,一大堆新鲜的大萝卜十分显眼,这是前几天五年级一班师生的劳动成果。“我们学校有180亩农田,每个班级有一块‘责任田’。”该校校长吴根柱说,农业生产的春种、夏管、秋收,全校师生都能参与其中。
“一、二年级以观摩体验为主,从三年级开始,学生们就要参与劳动了。”该校五年级一班班主任花香说,她和学生们种过大葱、土豆,也采摘过西红柿、拔过大萝卜。
每隔一段时间,花香都会指导学生写下参加劳动后的体会作文。从文字当中,花香感觉到了大家对劳动、对粮食的态度。
“大家都知道,在食堂吃的米饭蔬菜,很多都是他们亲手种下、收获的。”花香说,体验过劳动的乐趣和辛苦,有利于大家更加自觉地爱惜粮食,“参与劳动,就是最好的‘光盘行动’实践课。”
