很多不管用不用得到英文的公司，都喜欢要面试者来一段英文自我面试。

除去那些真正需要用到英文的公司，其他的公司之所以要英文自我介绍，是因为这是一种种毫无成本的打击面试者的方法，屡试不爽，又标榜了自己公司的国际化。

本来你还在暗爽面试这个职位绰绰有余，谈薪水可以底气十足，冷不防面试官来了一句，请用英文自我介绍一下，一下子击中要害，怎么哪壶不开提哪壶呢？所以你谈薪水的时候也自知有短板，不敢多要。

这其实是中了面试官避实击虚的奸计。

怎么破呢？

其实你要知道很多面试官英语也是很水的，他未必知道你在说什么，你只要提前准备，把稿子背得滚瓜烂熟，说出来的时候很连贯即可，发音没所谓，因为他也不会认真听。

首先批判一下目前网上和各种英语面试宝典里的模板，我可以负责任的说绝大多数都是垃圾，千篇一律都是教你说自己性格怎么好，非常能够承受压力，有团队合作精神，有什么爱好，家乡来自哪里。

这些纯粹是为了自我介绍而自我介绍，没有任何针对性，而且所谓能力强，能抗压，工作努力，都是主观自我评价，面试官需要的是你实打实的专业能力，并不喜欢听这些没有的，所以这样的自我介绍没有达到沟通信息的目的。

回到本质，英语自我介绍就是传递以下两方面的信息，不要再多了，过犹不及。

1）快速展示自己的英语水平。

2）快速展示出你和该职位的匹配度。

二、双向沟通能力

如果全程都是你问我答，这种面试就像和机器人对话一样冷冰冰，对方对你就没有任何情感上的认同，这是很吃亏的。

一定要和面试官建立互动，一开始就要问到面试官的英文名(May I have your name, please?），然后时不时提一下他的名字，比如 Yes, Nancy, that's right。还要主动大量去问问题，也是显示出你对这份工作的兴趣。

三、说话的逻辑性和条理清晰

也就是说话能够一、二、三分条列出，让人觉得你思路清晰，总结能力强。

2）介绍自己的专业和招聘需求的匹配度

- 如果是专业对口

According to the JD(job description用专业术语，面试官都懂的), this position requires a degree in mechanical engineering and a strong technical background，I think what I studied at school（代替my major）can match your requirement.

Over(代替during) the past 4 years at school, I learned mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design(堆专业的英文名，她肯定听不懂的） with an average GPA of 4.0. I believe these qualifications make me a suitable candidate for this role.

- 如果专业不对口

I read the JD in detail and compared with my background. I believe what's important to the HR position is communication, coordination and organization（根据自己的理解，写认为你最重要的，当然几乎所有非专业性工作最重要的无非就是这三点）.

其实更很简单（我不提倡裸辞，所以我下面都是用的一般现在时，如果是裸辞就改为过去式），重点在介绍自己的工作内容。

你就只要把自己的工作内容分一二三几点说出来就好了。
