今天已经是七月五号了，离七月一号已经过去四天时间了，心里一直想着要做个年中总结，但是顾不上，现在终于可以了。

接下来，要把自己认为重要的方面都做个总结和回顾，希望能后够在下半年里好的方面做的更好，不足的地方能够有所改进。

今天先来回顾工作方面。

今年上了有一个月左右的时间吧，学校突然说要分班，按照单招大类分班，因为最终好多学生还是要走单招这条路的。

我教两个单招班英语课，刚开始我觉得单招的英语会比高考班英语更好教，因为毕竟单招要求都是很基础的知识和词汇量，而且选择单招大类，也都是学生自己选择的，无论英语英语基础好不好，比起其他要学的学科来，应该会是更偏爱英语的。

结果，第一节课的学前调查很出乎我的意料，我问Ta们“是不是更喜欢英语？”“是不是英语成绩比起别的更好？”“是不是觉得英语更容易？”

好些同学给我的回应是，“其他的科目学不会，就没有选其他的大类”也就是Ta们不是喜欢英语，也不是英语成绩更好，也不是觉得英语更容易学，Ta们选择这两大类，只是出于逃避，别的科目比如物理Ta们一点学不了。

当然也有个别英语基础还不错的学生，她们只是没有说话，在后续学习过程中发现，她们的基础知识和词汇量还是有一些的。

在这样的情况下，我先利用开局效应和人们共同的对于美好未来的愿望和期待，让学生展望未来，让Ta们认真思考，并且给自己定下一年后单招考试的考场上英语要拿到多少分。

大部分学生都是说的八十多分，个别有七十多分的，也有一部分比较有信心的同学写的九十多分，将近满分，有一个同学写的满分一百。跟我的预期差不多，我也希望教Ta们一年之后能够达到这个结果。

紧接着第二节课，我就按照单招考点攒了一套卷子，做了个摸底，结果大多是三十来分，也有几个四十多分的，我记得是没有上五十分的，还有更少的十几分二十几分的也有，学生和我都收到了打击。

但是，我更清楚我应该怎么做了。

正式上课的第一节，我从英汉差异开始，让学生们了解，只要把这些差异了熟于心，作为中国人学英语，就会很容易了，给学生们建立了信心。

接下来，在三个月左右的教学之后，取得了我觉得挺满意的结果。

两个班学生总的平均分61.97。其中一个班平均分70.19，及格率94%，良好率47%，优秀率9%，最高分88分，最低分50分。另一个班平均分54.86，及格率46%，良好率11%，最高分80分，最低分22分。

我们到明年单招考试还有多半年时间，我们一定可以达成我们的目标。

成绩差一点的班里，有几位男同学，英语基础很差，比如water,或者country这样的词也不认识，还有一位同学二十六个字母也不知道，更别说he,she,it,a这样的单词了。

也许别人看到他们的成绩会觉得太低了，但是我看到他们三个月里的进步了，有的从上课睡觉，到上课听课了，有的从一点不学到上直直坐着听一节课了，还有的从说“我不知道”到主动问题了，那位上了十几年学二十六个字母不会的男生，学会了二十六个字母和48个音标，不仅能读还能默写，而且也学会了查英文词典了，……真的很感动，他们都有在进步。

别的学的好的同学就不说了。

总之想说这么两句话，一是没有所谓永久的兴趣，都是成就感在支撑，只要学有进步，每个人都愿意持续向前，所以需要老师有有效的教学方法让孩子们体会到进步的快乐；二是所有孩子本质上都是积极向上的，只要老师善于发现他点滴的努力和积极，他就会更加努力和积极，因为努力和积极没有办法立刻体现在成绩单上，这样会让人失去信心，但是如果积极和努力被人看见，这就瞬间且永恒的给人信心，让人更愿意努力。
