My dream to become a teacher

It is a long process to really recognize my dream that I need to use my whole life to achieve. To be honest, my primary dream is adopting stray animals, instead of becoming a teacher. The reason why I chose it is that the animals are cute and poor. On the contrary, with increasing age, I become more and more mature. I realized that it is more a public good than a livelihood. As a consequence, after the college entrance examination, I chose to become a teacher education undergraduate.

It is high time that I should take practical action to purse my dream. First and foremost, enhancing my professional competence is the most crucial thing. Someone said that college grades don’t matter, but my mother school requires a report card when hiring. Therefore, do not forget to study at all times.

In addition to what I mentioned above, having teaching skill is a task that starts from scratch. I must learn to how to give a good lesson, prepare teaching plan, make good teaching design and so on. In order for someone to push me, I joined a club concerning voluntary teaching. I hope to improve myself by weekly online tutoring and regular meetings.

Last but not least, student work experience is always regarded indispensable for teachers. Although many organizational interviews were attempted, in the end only the publicity of committee was successful. In the course of work, I gradually learned to write press releases and make posters, and I gained happiness from making a beautiful work.

All in all, things are generally going as I planned. It was not perfect, but I thought it was ok. I hope I can make my dream come true one day.
