当商家想发布信息时，只需上传一张图片，商品的标题、详情、属性就会自动生成；在营销投放环节，各类广告素材也能自动生成；在售后服务环节，商家和全球消费者的交流7×24小时不间断……在人工智能（AI）帮助下，这样的跨境电商运营场景当下已不难实现。

25日，在杭州开幕的第四届全球数字贸易博览会上，许多跨境电商领域展商着力推广自身引以为傲的AI技术，积极讲述AI在经营中带来的精彩故事，呈现出当下AI技术赋能跨境电商的火热场景。

机遇：向“AI+跨境”模式跃迁

从本届数贸会上参展企业的案例和专家观点可以看出，当下的AI技术已可助力跨境贸易企业提升效率、降低成本。

据阿里巴巴集团旗下阿里国际数字商业集团展位的工作人员介绍，不久前，浙江义乌的一家外贸企业通过阿里国际站的AI服务拿下价值2000万美元的外贸大单。该订单中的沙特阿拉伯客户第一次上线询盘是凌晨1点多，当时所有外贸业务员都已下班，只有AI生意助手自动接待在线。AI与客户的五、六轮对话中，不仅询问了买家采购设备的用途、物流接收地等信息，还询问了买家此次采购是为了定期维护、紧急更换还是特定项目。

在网易集团旗下网易外贸通的展位，工作人员向记者介绍，综合推算下来，该平台的AI服务能使相关企业的人力成本节省约50%。“当一名成熟的外贸业务员1分钟只能写出1封邮件时，AI已能在1分钟内生成多版本邮件。”

数贸会期间，阿里国际数字商业集团AI业务副总裁骆卫华表示，当下，中小企业在跨境电商业务中面临语言和文化障碍、监管合规、成本和竞争、寻求复合型人才等方面的问题，随着最近几年以大模型为代表的AI新范式的兴起，新的AI技术为中小企业解决这些问题带来了可能性。

他认为，与传统技术相比，以大模型为基座的AI技术优势更大。新的AI技术不仅具有更强的通用性和泛化能力，在信息处理方面，其智能水平也比以往的专用智能高了一个台阶，使AI应用场景有了更多可能性。此外，新的自然语言处理技术使AI和人的交互变得像人与人对话一样简单。对中小企业来说，使用AI技术让传统的跨境电商模式有机会向“AI+跨境”模式跃迁。

融合：AI赋能众多环节

AI技术在跨境电商贸易中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。

联合国国际贸易中心与全球数字贸易博览会组委会共同编写的《全球数字贸易发展报告2025》在本届数贸会期间发布。报告指出，随着技术迭代、算法逐步成熟，AI与跨境电商加速融合，广泛渗透到文本、图像、音视频等领域，在洞察、设计、选品、运营、客服、营销及供应链各环节，全方位赋能跨境电商。

这一趋势在数贸会期间得到充分体现。

在国际贸易综合服务数字化平台“义乌小商品城Chinagoods”的展位，讲解员向记者介绍了AI迅速将一段描述戒指款式的文字转化为精美的商品展示图片的技术；同时，一条商户指着商品用中文说“12345”的视频，在输入相关文案后，便能被AI迅速转化为同一位商户用英文介绍商品的视频，连口型都已相应调整。

在虹软科技的展位上，一款名为PhotoStudio AI的产品不仅能生成足以“以假乱真”的“数字模特”，还能针对不同销售地设计出面向不同文化习俗和偏好的定制化“数字模特”。

据蓝盟智联展位工作人员介绍，得益于AI技术，该企业推出的系统可根据客户提供的装箱清单自动测算某种规格的集装箱是否能容纳要运输的货物，并制定装箱方案、提升空间利用效率。

未来：AI智能体助力解决更多问题

不少参加本届数贸会的展商近期都更新了自己的AI技术“工具箱”，持续的投入指向AI赋能跨境电商的良好前景。

《全球数字贸易发展报告2025》指出，到2032年，全球AI在电商领域的市场规模将达到约457亿美元。世界贸易组织9月17日发布的《2025世界贸易报告》预测，在正确的政策支持下，到2040年，人工智能的应用有望推动全球贸易增长近40%。

技术层面，AI智能体将更有效地助力跨境电商发展。

据阿里国际数字商业集团介绍，福建泉州一家贸易公司成立初期曾在阿里国际站上通过销售拖鞋实现1000多万元人民币的年销售额，但随后遇到瓶颈。彼时，阿里国际站的AI智能体成了最好的“谋士”：AI智能体分析了所有订单后生成一份市场调研报告，把主力市场锁定在美国；在产品设计环节，AI智能体帮助企业节省了大量信息搜集时间，得以在竞争激烈的鞋靴行业高效设计出海外市场偏爱的拖鞋款式。2024年，公司靠130款拖鞋实现年销售额3000多万元。

骆卫华认为，在跨境电商领域，AI智能体不仅帮助商家、平台完成某个链路里的智能分析工作，还能“端到端”地解决很多场景下的问题，使处理任务的容量不再受限于人的因素，而只受限于算力。
